#About the gig
We’re looking for a highly organized, approachable and detail-oriented Program
Associate for our Miami Campus to help with leading the successful execution of our
9 and 24-week bootcamps. The role will require you to wear multiple hats and to
work very closely with our students and global team members. This is a hybrid
position for our Miami Campus.
●Supporting the Student Success Senior Manager in managing all bootcamps
(full-time & part-time)
●Collecting and acting on course feedback to improve student satisfaction
●All course-related operations & administrative tasks
●Planning, developing & executing events and non-curricular activities to
empower our students & strengthen our student/alumni community
●Building partnerships with companies in the tech ecosystem
●Onboarding students and collecting all relevant student information
●Assisting in hiring and training instructors and TAs
●Working with the global team to improve product and ensure transfer of best
#Is this you?
●Fluent in English and a plus if fluent in Spanish, but not required.
●You already have previous experience in client-facing roles, business development or at startups.
●Extremely organized you prioritize tasks and take an analytical approach to solving any kind of problem. You’re able to problem-solve independently, but also ask questions when needed and take notes to learn as you go.
●You enjoy having tons of autonomy. We like proactive people, we will value your
ideas and leave you place and time to execute them.
●The moment you get out of bed, you’re getting stu done. 100% can-do attitude.
