#About the gig
We are seeking a Freelance Admissions Associate to oversee the interview process for granted bootcamps. This role focuses on managing and leading the candidate through the process and mainly to evaluate participants through logic tests and 15-minute interviews to make sure they are eligible for the grant.

#Responsibilities:

• Conduct 15-minute remote interviews with pre-selected candidates.
• Review candidates' logic test results, focusing on their problem-solving and
  critical thinking abilities.
• Evaluate candidates' potential for success in the bootcamp, including their
  adaptability and motivation.
• Provide clear feedback on each candidate's performance and interview.
• Work closely with the team to finalize participant selection and ensure diversity in
  the cohort.
• Ensure smooth communication with both the candidates and the team
  throughout the interview process.
• Maintain an inclusive, supportive, and respectful environment during interviews. 
• Review students' documentation to be granted for the Bootcamp.

#Requirements:

• Previous experience in recruitment, admissions, or a similar role, preferably in tech education or bootcamps. An experience in sales can be a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively evaluate technical and soft skills within a short interview
  timeframe.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with aptitude assessments.
• Flexibility in scheduling interviews to accommodate candidates.
