💼 About the Role:
The Partnerships Manager plays a key role as a freelance, part-time contributor. This person is focused on growth—specialized in building and expanding both commercial and strategic relationships with organizations to increase the number of companies that trust Ironhack and hire our graduates. Operating on a freelance and part-time basis, this role directly influences our placement rate and time-to-job.
This is a regional goal, which means that each Partnership Manager will take care of a region, regardless of Campus location to grow our brand and sign large scale deals.

Responsibilities:
- Strategic Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and prospect new potential partners, primarily through job boards and other relevant platforms.
- Relationship & Account Management: Build, maintain, and develop strong relationships with both new and existing partners. This includes conducting discovery calls, actively following up with our company database, and regularly sending updates via email, phone calls, and events.
- Hiring Opportunity Generation: Proactively search for hiring opportunities for our graduates across various job boards and platforms.
- Talent Curation: Pre-qualify interesting student profiles based on partner needs and expectations, and effectively share them with partners.
- Partnership Innovation: Develop new partnership options and collaborate on innovative projects with existing customers.
- Ecosystem Engagement: Organize and attend events to strategically position Ironhack within the tech ecosystem.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze student placement rates and partner data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
