#About the Gig
We’re looking for an Admissions Associate freelancer to join our Admissions team. You will be responsible for selecting high-potential students, helping us turn them into exceptional developers, data analysts, product designers, and cybersecurity professionals. We are continuously looking for Freelancers throughout the year to support our team. This role is 100% remote and open to candidates based anywhere in LATAM.
The Admissions Associate will be responsible for:
- Inbound lead management Respond to inquiries from prospective students via phone,email, and video call.
 - Consultative Sales: Counsel applicants to our courses through interviews, ask thoughtful questions, and actively listen to understand their career goals and educational needs.
 - Pipeline Management: Manage your Admissions funnel in our CRM (Salesforce) with detailed records and timely follow-ups.
 - Sales Targets: Meet or exceed your enrollment targets while maintaining a high level of service.
 - Team Collaboration: Work closely with the admissions and marketing teams to iterate on processes, improve conversions, and support projects (i.e. informational events/open houses).
 - Product Expertise: Becoming an expert of our courses and the coding bootcamp industry.

- You have 2 years experience in sales, business development, admissions or similar role.
 - You are a goal-driven, KPI enthusiast: You have a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
 - You are fluent in English and Spanish
 - You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills; confident and empathetic phone presence.
 - You are tech savvy and are comfortable using CRM tools and other software (Salesforceexperience is a plus).
 - You’re passionate about education and technology.
 - You’re able to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and enjoy having tons of autonomy

- Start Date: as soon as posible.
 - Hours: We would start with 15-20 hours per week, with the option to increase if workload volume grows.
 - Timeline: availability required for at least 4-6 weeks.
 - Working Hours: LATAM timezone
