#About the Role

We are looking for a Freelance Program Associate to be the heartbeat of our Remote Campus. In this flexible yet high-impact collaboration, you will be the architect of the student journey, ensuring that our full-time and part-time bootcamps run like clockwork.

As a freelancer, you will own student satisfaction and nourish our global community, providing the operational excellence needed to transform lives through tech education.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Student Experience & Success

• Journey Ownership: Guide the student experience from Admission to Graduation, acting as the primary operational point of contact.

• Community Building: Create a vibrant environment outside the virtual classroom by organizing Tech Talks and networking events.

• Smooth Transitions: Ensure a seamless hand-off between Admissions, Program delivery, and Career Services.

2. Teacher Support & Management

• Instructional Partnership: Partner with Lead Teachers to optimize the in-class experience and delivery.

• Talent Support: Assist in the selection process for Lead Teachers and take the lead in hiring and supporting Teacher Assistants (TAs).

3. Educational Excellence & Operations

• Feedback Loop: Consolidate feedback on the curriculum and provide actionable insights to the global Education team.

• Operations & Data: Maintain student profiles and campus tools with precision, ensuring data is up-to-date from Day 1 to Graduation.

#Who You Are (Requirements)

• Status: Available to work under a Freelance agreement.

• Experience: 2+ years in Customer Success, Education, Hospitality, or Event Management.

• Organization Maven: You can juggle multiple high-priority tasks with total autonomy.

• Empathy-First: You are naturally inclined to help others and excel at active listening.

• Master Communicator: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (and any other relevant language for the campus).

• Tech-Savvy: You are passionate about the tech ecosystem and comfortable using digital tools to optimize remote operations.
